The annual gathering held in Ijebu-Ode on the third day of Eid al-Adha, when Ijebu sons and daughters return to pay homage to the Awujale, their paramount ruler. The festival is famous for its colourful display of regberegbe (age-grade societies), horse-mounted balogun warriors in full regalia, and the elaborate textiles and beadwork that define modern Ijebu cultural identity.
